Booked a room with pleasant views of a very overgrown garden and dilapidated building. We had a nice bed, a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet. Its location in the Porto area below the Centro Storico was marvellous...

Good location not too noisey. Easy to find from the airport. Clean and comfortable room
Very poor breakfast selection. Cake, yoghurt and coffee thats it. Dont think the hotels web page truly represents the actual hotel!! We certainly didnt see the roof top garden overlooking the harbour

Ongoing construction work with noise and dust in the corridor. Unfinished electrical equipment with potential safety hazards.

Nice hotel, close to the centro storico. New and bright rooms- very clean and spacy, acces to nice roof top terrace. Easy acces to the port as well as staion and centro storico. Good value for money!!
I stayed at the hotel one time before when it just opened in 2009. It is a nice hotel, clean and good value for money but it seems to has two problems, in my opinion. First, the breakfast room is to small to fit the guests and the breakfast is quite simple. Second, and most important is the staff working at night. The night time staff is young people, who have their friends over and they are quite noisy watching tv and laughing, this in the middle of the night! Beside these two things it is still a great hotel with a good vibe and nice location and the staff is overall nice and helpfull, but they need to fix the problem with the staff working night time.

Although the street looked a bit disreputable, the area of the hotel was acutally safe and ok and was in walking distance to the main attractions. It is just off the main Corso. The roof top garden was just delightful and we found a great deli/supermarket just around the corner to purchase some ingredients for a lovely meal up there. All in all the hotel was safe, clean, recently renovated and good value for money..
The breakfast was very meagre even by continental standards and could be improved. The man at the desk had little English and while quite likeable didn't seem very interested, In general its the traffic in Naples to be aware of - even with a green light on a pedestrian crossing expect scooters to be whizzing between you and your walking partner!!

Our room was exceptionally large. Hotel has been recently remodeled and some parts are still not finished. Has a crazy "computerized" system. Everything you need to know such as weather, your balance, alarm, temp control, etc. is located on a small video screen in your room on the wall. The entire hotel, including our room, was sparkling clean. Located on a typical Naples busy street, but was quiet when the windows were shut. Right next door is a place (actually someone's apartment) that sells snacks, soda etc. Buffet breakfast is very basic, but was convenient. We were able to walk for a cab. Less than 2 blocks away. Come out the door, turn right & then left & there's the taxi stand.
Found the hotel staff to be "stiff" and not very helpful. Probably due to the fact that they didn't speak or understand much English.

Bedroom and bathroom were big, spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The location is very convenient to the ferries and to the laneways of the centro storico.
My room faced onto the street and was a bit noisy.
